We sublet our apartment from December the 16th to Janueary the 5th.
It's a nice double-oriented flat in a compound in the north of Shanghai (Zhabei district) . It is located in a well-served district in a typical chinese neighborhood:
- near metro line 1 (yanchang lu) and line 8 (north xizang road), 3 and 5 stops of People Square (very close to)
- near few bus lines stop at the Bund, People Square, Nanjing Rd or Jing'an.
It is at 10th floor, 65 meter/square.
The apartment is fully furnished with all the equipment you could need :
- bathroom with big shower
- 2bdr with 2 beds (150*200 / 120*200)
- 1 guest bed (sofa-bed 100*200)
- living-room with big corner sofa, TV, DVD, ...
- dining-room with table and 5 chairs
- kitchen with fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, dishes, ...
- veranda with washing machine
- others equipments : clothes line, ironer and ironing board, internet, ...
To put the heating on : air conditioning and 3 extra heater.
2000RMB/week (250€ or 320 USD) + deposit cheque
No smoking apartment.
Pets are allowed conditional.
Compound with 24 hr security guard and property service.

Il s’agit d’un appartement traversant agréable, situé dans le quartier de Zhabei dans le nord de Shanghai, à proximité ligne 1 (arrêt Yanchang Lu) et la ligne 8 (arrêt North Xizang Rd) entre 3 et 5 arrêts au nord de People Square (facile d'accès), dans un quartier typique de Shanghai. Plusieurs lignes de bus proche également qui desservent le Bund, People Square, Nanjing Rd ou encore Jing'an.
Il est au 10ème étage, fait 65m².
L’appartement dispose de tous les équipements dont vous aurez besoin :
- 2 chambres (lits 150*200 dans la principale, 120*200 dans l'autre)
- 1 lit d'appoint (canapé une place convertible avec surmatelas)
- une salle de bain avec grande douche
